How we look after your information.

Evara Consultancy is the controller of the information you give us through the Evara Talent Network. Only authorised Evara staff can see your record. There is no public candidate directory.

To understand your experience, ambitions and preferences so we can identify suitable career opportunities, contact you about them and, if you allow it, discreetly represent you to employers.

Performance figures and achievements are recorded as self-reported. We never invent or embellish them.

Legitimate interests for holding your registration and contacting you about relevant opportunities. Your consent for proactive representation, WhatsApp contact and email updates, each recorded separately and withdrawable at any time.

If you answer Yes to "I'm happy for Evara to discreetly represent me across their network of employers for suitable career opportunities.", we may identify suitable employers and share a carefully reviewed, genuinely non-identifying snapshot of your experience.

We will separately confirm your approval before sharing your name, CV or any identifying details with a named employer, and before approaching any employer you have excluded. If you answer No, you stay registered and we may contact you directly, but no employer representation takes place without your later permission.

Your current employer is always off limits. Companies you list as off limits are recorded separately, checked before any introduction, and possible name variations are flagged for manual review. Customer names stay internal unless you approve otherwise.

Both are optional, unticked by default and separate from representation.

CVs are optional. They are stored privately, held in quarantine until scanned, and never available through a public link.

Authorised Evara staff may create an internal candidate profile using your registration answers and, if supplied and security-cleared, text extracted from your CV. Selected information is processed by OpenAI through Replit AI Integrations to prepare this draft.

The profile separates candidate-reported information from AI interpretation, includes source quotations and flags missing or conflicting information. Staff must review it; we do not use it to make solely automated hiring decisions or rank candidates.

Internal profiles are private and are not permission to disclose your identity or CV to an employer. You can contact us to question or correct a profile, object to this processing or request deletion.

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information, object to processing, or withdraw any permission. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
