Frustrated by the gap between how recruitment is sold and how it actually works, she founded Evara in 2026 to build a recruitment practice that defines the role properly before the search begins, screens candidates against commercial outcomes, and produces hires that stay. The ALIGN methodology is the codified version of how she has always run a search.
