Rachel Lunn spent ten years as Head of Recruitment Operations inside a global multi-million-pound organisation, where she built and ran hiring processes for senior commercial seats across the UK and Europe. Rachel founded Evara in 2026 because she had grown frustrated with how recruitment is sold to SMEs. Most contingent agencies push CVs against a job description that was never properly written; most retained agencies charge premium fees for the same volume-led process dressed up in better paperwork. Neither model defines the role properly before the search begins, neither screens candidates against commercial outcomes, and neither holds itself accountable for whether the hire actually works once they are in seat.
