Understanding each customer's growth plans, spotting the next project before they raise it and being the obvious choice when they do.
There is cross-selling and upselling built in, and warm relationships to grow from day one.

This role is for you if
- You have account management or field sales experience, ideally in storage, racking, fit-out or a related product.
- You play the long game and build trust that turns into repeat business.
- You spot opportunities inside existing accounts that others miss.
- You are organised enough to manage several major customers at once.
